Counselling is a complex and broad field of work, challenging but highly rewarding. Whatever the reason may be for clients seeking counselling, I am committed to creating a therapeutic service that meets the individual needs and characteristics of each client.
Counselling is also a two way street, I learn from and am impacted by each client I work with. Since a young age I have always had a passion for learning about our behaviour, thoughts, feelings and ways of relating and interacting as people.

I spent thirteen years as a support worker primarily supporting people with profound learning disabilities, sensory disabilities and physical disabilities. This involved working with a broad age range of young people & adults, and in a broad array of settings, from residential care homes to providing care support in people’s own homes.
This led naturally into counselling work, combining my passions for supporting people and working directly with the psychological, emotional and relational aspects of individuals.
I have lived in Brighton & Hove UK for many years now, enjoy music, reading, films and spending time with my dog, family, friends and loved ones.
